LMI Rescue is a good tech support software

What do you like best? It allows users to fix customer's computer issues without having to physically be with the customer. What do you dislike? Great and useful features

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, I love the Rescue Lens feature, this feature is very useful and powerful. Additionally, this tool allows technicians to do many things remotely, they can help our clients quickly and easily. A software coming in to the rescue!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Swift accessiblity for our clients. This makes it possible for our technicians to offer access assistance right away. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? LMI allows our clients to access assistance from our support team in a few minutes. The software allows us to reboot, have root access and even blackout screens for specific processes that base level users are not allowed to use. The tool to copy-paste from our terminal is awesome. Logmein Rescue User for around 10 years now

What do you like best? I have been using this product for almost 10 years its very intuitive to get the job done for most remote tasks. I would recommend for any new or existing tech professional to use. What do you dislike? I found this product difficult at times to help me get clients who tried to get service by attempting to chat with our company.
