Excellent, time-saving monitoring software

PROS: The platform is very user-friendly and gives our team a lot of insight into our infrastructure. CONS: There's an additional hidden cost for integrating the platform to Microsoft365. It would be nice if the integration will be free.

"LogicMonitor - Simple Solution to a complicated problem."

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like how simple and easy it was to setup. I like that it is using a proxy server to collect data and not an agent per device, and I like that it is a SaaS app that I can intergate with MFA. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I do not like the support structure or the support experience. When I have an issue, I want to reach out to someone and get helpful solutions not links to articles that I have already read. If I understood the article I ...

"Effective + Flexible + Reliable = Valuable"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor works. Period. We've never been able to achieve this breadth of monitoring operations with so little administrative overhead. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? There is very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that I wish that more of the breadth of its feature-sets were available at lower price points. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: There is no such thing as a free lunch. LogicMonitor ...

Great tool for monitoring the network of both small and large businesses

PROS: It’s a very powerful tool in many aspects. For instance, you can use the scripting feature to check any important information using any of your devices. Monitoring can also be done without requiring the attention of any agent and regardless of the geographical disparity of devices thanks to its global range. We also never miss important notifications and alerts because of the software’s SMS and email messaging features. Moreover, the UI is rich and intuitive plus it’s a cloud-based ...

Good cloud-hosted monitoring software

PROS: I like that it’s hosted in the cloud because it requires less work on our part since we don’t have to regularly check if the infrastructure is running. This is a better setup for us because when our infrastructure is down, we would know since LogicMonitor would notify us instead of the software not functioning. After all, it’s also down. The software also supports different types of platforms which makes it compatible with many of the devices we use. Not to mention that whenever we ...

Great integration support

PROS: I’ve worked with LogicMonitor software for two years and I can say it’s an amazing monitoring platform. It can discover devices automatically, configure various levels of alert, and grab important data sources. We have also created our very own data sources and we were able to smoothly integrate them into other metrics that do not necessarily involve the IT aspect of our business, which is neat. CONS: Some devices that we need monitoring are not completely supported by LogicMonitor. ...

"Truly Vendor Agnostic"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We struggled with finding a monitoring platform that was vendor agnostic. We had about 4-5 different device vendor types and LogicMonitor was able to pull them all in without a problem. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What I could see as a challenge is the overwhelming options available to customize. This isn't a bad thing; it is quite impressive the customizations available to create the desired dashboard. Every customer is different, so ...

"Excellent cloud IT Infrastructure monitoring platform"
