What do you like best about Listrak? I love the tools, and the analytics and testing options we have. Our account manager Jon has been incredibly helpful as well. We've had a few in the time we've been with Listrak, and with the previous ones I don't think it ever came up whether or not they had experience in our industry and it didn't seem like they knew for sure what to do with us, but with Jon, it's clear that he is and that's been of great assistance to us in planning strategies. "It has been a good partnership over the past three years or so."
What do you like best about Listrak? The customer support is excellent. Support answers questions in a timely an efficient manner. What do you dislike about Listrak? There are limitations to access of information within the platform. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? Listrak is assisting with providing segmentation tools for use.

"Overall good, but lacking in technology."
What do you like best about Listrak? I appreciate the partnership between my team and my reps. I find them to be extremely responsive and will do anything to help me resolve a problem or think of new ideas. What do you like best about Listrak? What I like best about Listrak is how hands-on and easily reachable all the account reps and support staff are. If you ever have a question or issue, you get a quick response and get any issues resolved very quickly. What do you dislike about Listrak? What do you like best about Listrak? Listrak has been very instrumental in supporting our marketing needs. The team that keeps our group is very friendly and accommodating of our needs. What do you dislike about Listrak? No issues.It's been a great tool for us and we look forward to using it more. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? I feel like there is still a lot of room for improvement and still a lot of glitches. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy for one team member to quickly and efficiently build/deploy an email/sms campaign when needed.

What do you like best about Listrak? Overall, I'd say the best is the hands-on approach the team has taken to help us integrate with Listrak. What do you dislike about Listrak?
