"Great Solution for your Retail Shop"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Cloud system that is really easy to set up and use. I love the integrations with Quickbooks, Xero, WooCommerce, and payment processing. The price is reasonable, and it allows you to monitor your whole shop from one place

"Best Service in the Industry!"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed has the absolute best support of all POS, eCom, and omnichannel providers. They have truly 24/7 phone support in addition to chat support during regular hours. If any of their support agents don't know the answer to your question they admit that and ask the best way to get in touch with you once they've been able to find the answer (usually maybe an hour later), but usually they can help you out immediately.

Lightspeed is the best POS ever!

PROS: I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched. CONS: Not having my customers buy/use gift cards online.

"Cigar Lounge Retail system"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The initial setup is tough, but they walk you thru it. Customer service is top notch. Once up and running, it is fantastic. I love the cloud-based nature and the variety of reporting available.

"Lightspeed is Top Notch!"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed is very reasonably priced, user-friendly and meets many of our needs in the wine industry. We have been able to streamline our business with the features LS offers. We are now more efficient, produce productivity data for analytical reasons, incorporated e-commerce and more! Customer service is amazing, accommodating, quick to resolve issues and friendly. We are glad we chose LS 3 years ago!

"It's OK"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? It has a service log. The service log makes it easy to keep track of work orders and product used for customers. It works well with customer accounts and keeps track of the work orders on a calendar.,

great POS system for retail bike shops

PROS: Cloud based great reporting functions easy ecommerce setup and management intuitive platform affordable linked up to our most frequent vendor for easy order imports CONS: I think the only things we ever wish could be different are preferential, meaning if they changed the system to accommodate us, they\'d end up with other users unhappy about the change. There\'s always more than one way to do most things so that helps.
