Everything about Lightspeed POS is what a new or working retail store needs not only to handle the inventory and sales but also the taxes and email addresses for all its customers. I am a retailer and a manufacturer of my brand of guitars . The product is cost-effective in this day and age, and the tutorials are fantastic. Online help is quick and effective in meeting my needs .

Great experience with Lightspeed POS

PROS: All in one point of sale, inventory control and mini CRM. Powerful reporting and easy to use. CONS: Not much to complain about here. I'd like to be able to add a note to the individual sale record. However the system does allow to ad notes to the customer record, which is what we do.
