"Super helpful, and saves the voice from strain"

What do you like best about Lightico? I like that it means I don't have to spend time reading aloud to the customer, as their reading speed may be faster than my talking speed, and I like how it quickly shows the status of where the customer is in the document. What do you dislike about Lightico? It can be a little useless when it comes to customers that don't feel confident using technology, but with some clear guidance, this can be turned around for the customer. What do you like best about Lightico? Very Easy to use, quick and customers find it very imporessive What do you dislike about Lightico? Working for BT, it puts customer off that the name on the email says lightico not BT. Not an issue with the service, though. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Much quicker to close sales in my role

"Easy to use but could be better integrated"

What do you like best about Lightico? Contracts are easy to find. Communicates quickly with customer What do you dislike about Lightico? It doesn't auto-populate from the sale. It doesn't clearly state that it's from my company to prove it's legit. Takes too long to complete contracts What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Terms and conditions are clearer than a recorded call

What do you like best about Lightico? Being able to show customers/clients the things your actually discussing. This service has completely revamped the way T&C's are completed and how sales are viewed. The multiple different options are what makes this system... i can use it to show people new devices which is all the more relevant now customers cant go into store! Anybody that wants something that is very easy to use, very customer friendly and effeciant need not look any further. ...

What do you like best about Lightico? I like how user friendly it is for both consumer and me.
