"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about Lightico? I like having the option to send via text or email and I like how easy it is to apply tabs to sign. What do you dislike about Lightico? I do not like that you cant adjust the tab size. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have the option to send via text which most people have. This is both a answer to a problem and a great benefit.

What do you like best about Lightico? Personally, I feel it's a brilliant app to have to make sure our customer gets the correct details while placing orders. What do you dislike about Lightico? What do you like best about Lightico? Ease of use with being able to have people sign with ease of their smartphone What do you dislike about Lightico? I do not like how it comes from a number that is unfamiliar to the customer. If we could mask the number to come from our office number that would be great! What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Many folks don't have the time to sign and being able to send them a text message make it very easy!

What do you like best about Lightico? The clean slick layout, love it's white! What do you dislike about Lightico? Can be a little glitchy if you adjust the window when already started to fill in, can understand this may be due to all the things its connected to at the time! Customers love the speed and ease it brings when renewing contracts, very simple and easy to use

What do you like best about Lightico? The ease of use. Saves reading long scripts and makes the process much faster and smoother What do you dislike about Lightico? It can be a little tricky if customers' reception is poor, but this is no fault of the service. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? My handling time for calls has been reduced, and it makes things more transparent for the customer when they can read through documents at their own pace.

What do you like best about Lightico? The simplicity of it and that customers like to use it. What do you dislike about Lightico? There are too many price plans in the drop-down for plans. FCR going up as customers have a download of their basket so they do not need to call back in.

What do you like best about Lightico? That it saves you from reading all the terms and conditions and it's very straight forward to use. What do you dislike about Lightico? There aren't really any downsides, it works very well. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? It assists people in regrading so that they can read all the terms and conditions. Sometimes when you read them to people can zone out. It also makes things a lot quicker.
