Read before using
What do you like best? Positive impact with workflow "cart abandon" emails. Positive impact with the ability to split test emails. What do you dislike? Useful in short, troublesome in the long term
What do you like best? Easiness to send push notifications and create campaigns. Very easy to send messages in general. Easy to dimension experiments. What do you dislike? Lots of trouble when creating tests and assigning variables to users. Lack of flexibility when resizing tests. Lack of security when doing changes. A lot of features with little follow through.
What do you like best? It's a comprehensive tool both A/B testing and sending notifications. What do you dislike? The UI in general. The display of A/B test results are difficult for inexperienced users to understand and interpret. I would compare to a tool that would be typically be built in house. Users need a little more hand holding than Leanplum offers. Support is probably the worst part of the Leanplum experience. Problems with tools are expected getting help has be a chore with ...

"Great CRM tool for hacking growth"
What do you like best about Leanplum? Leanplum is a cross-channel CRM tool for personalized communication. Very flexible segmentation and A/B testing. My favorite part is the A/B test reporting, where you can apply statistics, slice + dice results, and evaluate across hundreds of metrics retroactively.

What do you like best about Leanplum? We chose Leanplum for the CRM, segmentation, and a/b testing capabilities across both the messaging layer as well as the product config through variables. This has enabled us to reach market-leading LiveOps capabilities.

What do you like best about Leanplum? Really happy with the communication from both our rep as well as senior management. We have been able to provide feedback on features we'd love to see and then see those features realized.

"True customer targeting within TD Bank app"
What do you like best about Leanplum? The ability to create custom messages with incredible flexibility and target them to customer behavior. Our business partners are lining up to have campaigns for their products within the app since we have rolled it out. We have run a number of awareness campaigns to help with Voice of the Customer concerns for mobile deposit as well as targeted messages informing customers who use specific products about how to avoid problems with their accounts.

"LeanPlum review"
What do you like best about Leanplum? LeanPlum allows us to segment our customers and reach them with multichannel messages based on their user attributes and in-app actions. It's really helped us to better segment our users to upsell and retain them—all in one tool instead of separate tools for email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
