What do you like best about Kochava? I think what I like best is the Customer Service. There are many services that are but rarely do the csms and ams take the time and put the effort in to ensure that all of our issues (no matter how small) are taken care of.

What do you like best about Kochava? Kochava was, in most part, very easy to use and integrate into our workflow. In instances where we needed custom support, whether it be reporting or dashboard development, Kochava had a responsive team that was ready to lend a hand.

What do you like best about Kochava? Kochava brings the insight that we need for our performance marketing efforts. The customer support team is top-notch, providing quick feedback on questions ranging from data queries to problem solving.

"App Tracking worked but with a few issues"

What do you like best about Kochava? We were able to track android and iOS app downloads with accuracy, however off the beginning we had an issue with iOS tracking, weirdly it worked itself out somehow. Overall it's a good platform that is easy to navigate, works as intended.

What do you like best about Kochava? Kochava has a great cost benefit when compared to similar tools. They have a Fraud Console that really helps to detect fraudulent campaigns, and it's included in the plan. Their customer support is really good and always available.

What do you like best about Kochava? The tracking of purchases and the analytics that can be tracked and automated. The cost analysis and also funnel etc with so many features. Just simpler way of understanding

What do you like best about Kochava? Kochava is an extremely complex product so the support that their team has provided to my team has been extremely helpful in understanding how to use Kochava.

What do you like best about Kochava? I like how easy it is to connect, get data, and push data to the DSP of our choice. They have so many integrations, it helps a lot when trying to connect datapoints together from apps.
