"Must Have for Revenue (Sales) Ops"

What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster has an extensive repository of metrics and charts right out of the box... everything on my requirement list was readily available, as well several things I wish I had initially put on my requirement list. Aside from the product my account team is the best. I can't say enough good things about doing business with Kluster, in general.

What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster helps me check my forecasts to make sure that what I am presenting to my manager is accurate. It also keeps me honest about not holding onto deals too long that are plodding and need to be closed lost.

What do you like best about Kluster? The product gives me a snapshot of salesforce every 15mins. If anything moves at any stage, I can see the changes immediately.

What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster highlighted areas within our business and sales process that we weren't currently tracking. This helped highlight risk or trends throughout each stage of our sales cycle so that we could make more informed decisions, quicker.

What do you like best about Kluster? I love that everything I could need is right at my fingertips. I never have to look far for information I need at any given moment and am actually more regularly being directed to things I wouldn't have picked up on without Kluster. Their team is so helpful and supportive - they feel like an extension of our team. Can't recommend them highly enough!

What do you like best about Kluster? As a relatively small team, we don't yet have a dedicated Rev Ops function. Kluster is an essential part of our toolkit that allows us to get all the insights we need without a dedicated team.

What do you like best about Kluster? Pipeline reporting. In particular the pipeline change, coverage, conversion, and capacity reports. They help me see and plan for how much and what type of pipeline is needed entering and during a period.
