What do you like best about Kluster? Kluster brings additional valuable insights to Salesforce data, enabling sales managers, the management team, RevOps team, etc to access the key metrics and leading indicators. The forecasting feature, as well as Kluster Vision are absolutely great tools.

I love being able to customise my view for fields that are relevant to me to give me a full and holistic picture of where my pipeline is and where I am going to get to not just this quarter and next - you always have to have one eye on the next quarter and this really helps you.

While the out-of-the-box reporting from the platform is valuable, we have loved what we've been able to customize to match our specific SF instance and needs -- esp compared to the lack of flexibility offered by other tools. The Kluster CS + implementation team has been fantastic in executing our roadmap, and we're excited to see where we can go from here!

What do you like best about Kluster? The ability to forecast my pipeline accurately and gain insight into what I need to go after quota for a particular month or quarter! More intuitive than using the CRM to accomplish the same goals.

No request or question for the customer success team is too small. The team took their time to understand our business, did not rush our implementation, and continued to make suggestions for better use of the platform.
