Simple, easy to use and thorough reports

PROS: I really appreciate that Kissmetrics is listening to our feedback and requirements. They always improve the platform and release new features that are useful for our processes. I like the acitivity view feature, because I can track visitors’ activity and behavior on my sites. CONS: I don’t like that I have to ask questions in strange way so I can get data I need. I really like working with Kissmetrics

PROS: What I like most about Kissmetrics is the ability to change the attribution. It is extremely easy to figure out where your visitors come from. It allows you to better understand groups of users’ behavior thanks to its thorough reports. CONS: I don’t like that i have to wait for an email in order to export a report.

I recommend Kissmetrics to every type of business that has online platform

PROS: I really like its Funnel and Activity reports which are extremely useful. It provides great metrics feature which is simple and highly practical. I often use People Search feature when I need to troubleshoot non-related business issues. Also, they constantly improve the solutionn and listen our needs and requirements. CONS: There is no way to use anything of your data in order to cater messagin or show messages to populations. Also, in my opinion, the revenue and Cohort reports are ...

PROS: Our site provides learning resources, meaning that we rely enitrely on the way in which individual visitors interact with them in order to build a successful marketing strategy. It is like an open book of 'who did what', and that's just priceless for improving relationship with current and future customers. What we do is to integrate our Marketing Automation system through their APIs in order to evaluate the leads we have, and to react with phone calls or emails. We did imporve ...
