Kissmetrics Reviews in January 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

This is one of the best analytic platform I have ever worked with

PROS: I really enjoy doing my job along with Kissmetrics. I love its support team because they really care about their customers. Also, the software provides harvesting and slicing data. Additionally, it offers multiple report types that are perfect for various business functions and we are able to analyze and interpret the user behavior on oth a micro and macro level. CONS: It lacks graphical outputs.

We didn’t know how many flaws our sign up/engagement flows had until we started using KissMetrics

PROS: Firstly, KissMetrics defines the user flow, and then it reveals the flaws it has. All triggered events are being displayed on the handy dashboard, not just for the last week, but the last month as well. Drilling down to particular users and actions has been incredibly helpful, the same as having our history displayed at any moment. Don't tell me that Google Analytics can do that!

Great analytics and information about our marketing campaigns

PROS: There are lot of analytics tools and dashboards available, and we cannot focus on simplicity and usefulness so we can define own web-based business goals. Thnakfully, Kissmetrics it is not full with information, but it provides you with realistic and honest results of your marketing campaigns. CONS: There is nothing I can think of.

With Kissmetrics you can better understand your site visitor’s behavior

PROS: We are using Kissmetrics so we can better understand our visitors and their interaction on our sites. We are able to help them create digital marketing strategies. Also, it allows us to use API so we can integrate it with our Marketign automation system and to score leads and follow up email or phone conversations. CONS: Google Analytics compared to this software is free, but I think that it’s worth the price.

I really like working with Kissmetrics

PROS: What I like most about Kissmetrics is the ability to change the attribution. It is extremely easy to figure out where your visitors come from. It allows you to better understand groups of users’ behavior thanks to its thorough reports. CONS: I don’t like that i have to wait for an email in order to export a report.

Great solution and great platform for doing researches

PROS: Kissmetrics offers lot of data and great set of tools and options. I really enjoy working with Kissmetrics solution. Also, you are allowed to combine all the data by using various search levels. CONS: I’m not very impressed of its service, they are hard to contact and get feedback from them. Also, when doing funnel search there is no ability to click on users of specific group. Furthermore, the path tool needs some improvements, it’s not useful for our business.
