"Excellent platform"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? A great modern design providing easy access to advanced features for building complex reports. Much easier to craft a detailed report than in Google Analytics and provides excellent summaries for the user flow through various features on the site being tracked.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I love how Kissmetrics goes beyond what we can do with the usual analytical tools and helps our customers to build profiles around individual users and the actions they take. This is hugely valuable information that our customers can then use to feed their marketing systems.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I thoroughly enjoy the webinars hosted by Thue on Thursdays, these have opened up new areas of research and improved our optimisation processes.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The product is very simple. It gives me the data I want and is fairly fast at doing so! It has a wide range of what it can do and analyze - which is nice. Across the business we use it for alot of different things between A/B testing and population analysis.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? We have Saas type service, cross-platform like web, two apps for iOS and Android. KM is the best solution for user-base tracking for us.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Nice Reporting Platform. Ability to uniquely identify a visitor. Constant effort to further improve the product with a new useful feature to further improve the analysis.

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? The data--it is everything I wanted and more! The funnel report is worth the cost (for us at least) alone! I also have to do a shout out to the Kissmetric team--everyone that I have worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can't recommend the support team at KM enough!
