"Gets the job done but requires patience"

What do you like best? The ease of organization to keep track of payments and to review past payments What do you dislike? Frequently my freelancers have had to contact me with questions regarding their payments. Many of them have had to spend lots of time on the phone with Kalo to receive and track their payments which reflects poorly on our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's nice to have a constantly updated list of new freelancers.

"Useful product but I don't use it too much"

What do you like best? It's a great place to store everybody's contact details and share comments with the staff. What do you dislike? Not really a dislike but we don't use it a lot What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we always know who our preferred suppliers are as there are comments on Kalo

"Nice UI, not very flexible"

What do you like best? The organization of contractors is nice and a good UI. What do you dislike? There isn't much flexibility, if you don't organize and pay your contractors like Kalo has it set up, you can't do much about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payment of contractors in one place. It is easy to navigate and understand.

"Great Concept But Needs Some Work"

What do you like best? Kalo's concept makes invoicing easy. I love that freelancers are able to sign contracts, submit tax information, receipts, and invoices into one system. What do you dislike? They system can be buggy. Most of my freelancers are confused by it. Often they tell me they are unable to reach anyone at Kalo with questions/concerns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great alternative to paper invoicing.

"A tool that's still in development, but with great potential."

What do you like best? General ease of use and interface is pretty and user friendly. What do you dislike? How difficult it is to export data and track invoices, expenses and raw data. What do you like best? Kalo is good at getting freelancers paid on time. What do you dislike? Kalo is nearly impossible to get freelancers signed up on. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure you are ready for a headache when onboarding new freelancers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to pay freelancers.

"Bad experience for markets outside US"

What do you like best? Flow of approvals for freelancers. Easier payments What do you dislike? In order to add a freelancer in Kalo, there are lots of oblogatory information to fill that is only available for US freelancers. There should be a way to be more fluid and add information related to local markets. It is very difficult to add a new non-US freelancer in Kalo. What problems are you solving with the product?
