Excellent
I have been using Kajabi for over 4 years and it is the BEST for creating courses ,sending emails.. Customers take you seriously and the membership looks very professional and easy to consume from the customers perspective

One place to run your online business.
The two big ones for me is an all-inclusive platform and super responsive customer support. The downside of all-inclusive is that the features are less flexible and with less sizzle. But that’s a decent trade off. Email functionality and flexibility are still the weakest aspect but it has come a long way in the last few years.

Kajabi is super easy to use and has everything I need as a coach and course creator right there on the platform. Plus, their extensive library of How-to videos and their help desk make it easy to get the help I need when I’m stuck. Highly recommend!

Constantly adding more functionality!Having been with Kajabi for many years, I'm always impressed with how they constantly develop and improve their product and what it can do. To be honest, I can't keep up with it, but discover what new function there is when I use their excellent livechat support who - using plain english thank goodness because I'm not a techie! - guide me through what to do.
