I started a free trial with Kajabi and needed some help. The customer service has been excellent. Fast responses from Paul, also sending me some very helpful trainings and videos to help me on the Kajabi journey. Additionally, he set me up call with Customer Success Manager Will Winters. Kajabi is just AMAZING!
Kajabi is just AMAZING!! I have just finished a day of transferring my content over to Kajabi and I just CANNOT believe how easy and seemless it is! So much so that even after a day straight of working at my laptop I just had to come on here and write a review! Thank you Kajabi for making my business EASY!

Kajabi has incredible customer service
Thanks so much Kajabi for the incredible, ongoing customer service. It's unbeatable. I truly appreciate the support especially when in course creation mode. The one on one sessions are stellar too. Ryan was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this platform + amazing customer support
I’ve recently signed up with Kajabi and I instantly fell in love with the platform. It’s easy and intuitive to use, it looks and feels professional and on point. A complete & comprehensive platform.
A complete & comprehensive platform. All the tools and functionality to sell content in one place. Everything works seamlessly. Too many features to leverage - content organization, sales, marketing - all integrated well, and once you learn how to use them, it is a great experience. The activation call with Derrick was wonderful - such a pleasant and knowledgeable guy!

Excellent Customer Service!
I was very impressed with the excellent customer service with the chat feature, help desk technicians and the product strategy call with Hillary R. Fabulous Support to Get Started!
I just had an amazing complimentary "activation call" with Ryan Luck. The 45 minutes was super valuable in getting my specific questions answered and building my excitement about next steps. My Kajabi experience as been fantastic in the first 2 months - my website is up and adding new offers and products is easier to learn with the great training calls and support offered.
