I was collaborating with my Customer Success Manager to get my site live. An issue came up and my CSM Audrey took total control/responsibility and managed to get it sorted out and working. We were in a time crunch and I felt absolutely confident she would pull it together because of WHO she is when she is doing what she is doing. They are constantly adding new features - like a wonderful new Coaching Platform that helps me track where my clients are in their process. My programs look and feel so professional with their templates - and they were super easy to set up. Best of all, their Customer Support is AMAZING! Responsive, available, and so helpful - they stick with you all the way through till the problem is resolved.
