Great system for any office - even one with an IT department

What do you like best? Wonderful customer service and GREAT video/Youtube support. I can basically get any question answered quickly, easily, and clearly - even though I am not a 'phone' person What do you dislike? Easy to work with! Great support!

What do you like best? They fixed our internet issues and our call quality is much better than we had with past carriers. Everyone has been very nice to work with and when I need something I can reach out for support. No matter who answers the call, I know they'll be able to help me. What do you dislike? Jive talking is the way to go. (pun intended)

What do you like best? Jives up time beats them all. Our previous phone company had connection issues all the time and blamed the local carriers. Jive has never had connection issues on any of our 16 lines. We Love them. What do you dislike? The recorded line service is handled by amazon and is still a bit rough around the edges. Great Communication Tool

What do you like best? Is great to communicate with teammates and customers. It has help us a lot when we integrate it with our systems and workflow. The API has been really helpful too. What do you like best? I have been using Jive now for several years. The PBX admin board is so far more advanced that you will get with any competitor, while being easy to use.
