What do you like best? The ability to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Dependability is the first priority. When I call they make me a priority. Great experience moving from land lines to voice of internet with Jive.

What do you like best? Knowledgeable staff in sales and tech to walk us thru the transition on our new phone system. I enjoy the total connectivity to my business even when i'm out of the office or busy with a client. Answering system is great. What do you dislike? Jive Communications and LogMeIn-A GREAT combination!

What do you like best? Jive works every time. Whether I'm in my office or using my Jive mobile application, I ALWAYS get my calls. I don't hear any echo on the line as I did with my previous provider. The administration portal took me very little time to get used to and it has more and better communications options than others I have seen. There is virtually nothing to dislike with Jive. What do you like best? Service reps are always very nice and pleasant to deal with. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can remember. I enjoy everything about Jive. What do you like best? Jive has been great to work with during the setup and installation process. The few issues we had which were not major, they walked us through and have always been very friendly. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Easy to use!

What do you like best? Jive is very easy to navigate for all my business calls. I can easily see who is calling me back as well with the caller ID feature. What do you like best? The interface is relatively easy to use and customer service will help with any issues quickly What do you dislike? Lots of features can be intimidating.
