Jive is simply awesome!

What do you like best? The technical staff are extremely patient and helpful. Once your dial plan is setup, there is literally nothing to more to do. I also love that I can receive messages and make calls from my cell phone. What do you dislike? Many callers have complained of static on the line. However, on my end it's clear. Great clear service and awesome customer support at our fingertips.

What do you like best? Jive features are among the best. and Setup is a breeze. We really appreciate doing business in our own currency, unlike other services that require us to pay in U.S when we are a Canadian company. Billing is very clear and concise. What do you dislike? It would be nice to change the Quality of a call on the fly if a call gets choppy for any reason. It would also be nice to be able to set speed dial numbers on our phones with pauses. What do you like best? Easy to use, you can see the calls and SMS that were made to the number dialed. What do you dislike? The way we have to switch to the dialer, the keayboard Alt, Shift, 1 is not comfortable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? Huge Value for very little Money

What do you like best? I can take my "office" anywhere. It allows me to extend the office anywhere in the country. What do you dislike? So far I have not found a negative. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't hesitate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Jive is an excellent company to go to for all of your telecommunication needs. The transition from CenturyLink to Jive was seamless and easy. What do you like best? Easy to Program, Easy to Use and Customer Service is Great! A Lot of great features. They don't nickle and dime you if you need additional mailboxes or Automated Attendants.
