What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The app is a great feature. I can be reached on my cell phone if I'm away from my desk. It is very user-freindly. What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It's the best tool I've seen for managing on-line webinar. There are various sections: One for staff and one for Attendees. Staff can communicate privately prior to starting the broadcast. The questions section is very useful. I also like how staff can see if attendees are engaged or not.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GoTo connect has a softphone app for all my devices, whether it is an iPad,iPhone,Android phone or Tablet, even a Mac or Windows computer or laptop! GoTo COnnect Is very easy to use, it makes Calling and texting a breeze from any device.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I can always reach a support technician when needed. Their PBX Systems basically run with very little maintenance. Usually when I need support it's needed when I'm trying to use a more advanced feature like connecting from one PBX to another by Extensions.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? It is so easy to be able to call and receive calls from my cell phone but for work without using an unreliable third party app. I love how easy it is, how convenient it is. I love that I can see all the past call history. I love that it is a different ringtone, so I know when it is work versus my personal calls.

Great price, user friendly with outstanding customer service

PROS: The operating system is highly visual and readable. But for whatever is frustrating, I can have virtual support people to talk to me via the video call service. The quality of service is excellent. What's even great is how inexpensive every service is on a regular basis.

PROS: GoToConnect does it incredibly convenient to install as a client and easily scale up in order to support customers. Assistance and empowerment are great!
