Lacking follow through in basic feature roll out

What do you like best? The basic call routing and over all system is really good. What do you dislike? After 2 years I have lost hope that promised features will actually happen. I was told almost 2 years ago that SMS & MMS messaging would be rolled out. We initially signed up as this was the main VOIP system our CRM linked into. Text messages simply don't work

What do you like best? The promise of a unified communications system and a virtual PBX sounds appealing, but it means that your business telephone is now reliant on LogMeIn. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We love the easy to use interface, especially when initially setting up the phone tree. We also love the texting feature and communicate with our clients probably 60% or more via text.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? How quickly I received a response from the technical department. They are very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Even when the problem was not there they still helped me find a solution or point me in the right direction.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I like that the use of the softphones and the app make it great to be able to work from anywhere. I don't have to give up my personal cell to make work calls when not at my desk. Any time I've need to to look into any new features GoTo's customer service made improvements quick and easy.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The system allows me to take and make calls through my cell phone. Go To affords me to use my cell phone as an extension of my school phone. I can receive voicemails, answer and make calls, and send pages over the all-call system from anywhere that I have cell service. When I make cell phone calls through GoTo, the school number shows up on caller ID so parents know where the call is coming from and I don't without having access to my cell number. I ...
