This product works well enough, but sometimes there are issues with my connection to the app.

What do you like best? Easily connect my phone to my work number through their app What do you dislike? Sometimes their app can be buggy, disconnecting or not receiving all the calls or texts right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made work phone usage better, I can easily work from home and not miss any important calls.

Reliable calling and texting tool

What do you like best? I like that it has a text feature. It also has a separate app for it not just the web app. What do you dislike? I hate that it has a lot of bugs. It restarts all the time and it is laggy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask for support when it lags. I hope Jive fixes the bugs. An Honest Assessment Of Sevices Thus Far

What do you like best? I am absolutely in love with their support team. Not only will they stay on the phone with you until the issue is resolved, they follow up with customers via email to make sure the issue is truly resolved. What do you dislike? One of my least favorite things about Jive is that it constantly disconnects from the internet (even with a hard wired connection) when not using the app that is in Beta mode. What do you like best? Once you set it up, it just works...I don't need to keep checking on it What do you dislike? The setup can be cumbersome...some of the terminology of what is a user vs a line vs hardware and what charge is for what can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provide a full office phone solution at reasonable cost. Jive has provided that - some using soft phones, some using hardware

Feature rich... maybe too rich.

What do you like best? I like that I can take the office phone anywhere with me through my cell phone and forward calls internally and externally. What do you dislike? Jive offers a ton of features but the back end can get a little confusing. Adding a new user gets really tricky when they aren't very tech-savvy. What do you like best? Jive has a solid product, but don't buy it if you don't love sitting on hold for hours waiting for their team to pick up the phones. Their customer service is terrible unless you can form a 1:1 relationship with a specific agent. What do you like best? The service is configurable and reasonably priced. What do you dislike? I'm currently on hold for the 4th call this weekend. They can not seem to get this correct. The phone should ring 3 times, then forward to an answering service. What do you like best? It is cheap and easy to use interface when it works. What do you dislike? I find there are multiple glitches with this platform.
