What do you like best? That the company was located (including call center staff) in the USA. They came to see me in person, and they work with other franchise locations in my system. Very Solid Service and Delivery of quality phone communications
What do you like best? We are very pleased with the quality of service given by Jive / Logmein. Their service agents are very knowledgeable and very friendly to work with when you have an issue or question. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All my users get Gotomeeting with the Jive VoIP service. Great value! What do you dislike? Nothing to report. Honestly, night and day difference between Jive and 8x8. Jive is a great option for small business phone systems
What do you like best? I like the ability to set it up the way I want to. The faxing feature is easy to use as well. What do you dislike? The application for mobile device does not work well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have multiple devices linked to our business account with multiple extensions.

Great and quick customer service
What do you like best? I like the quick response from the tech team to help with any issues and also with the user friendly portal What do you dislike? I would suggest a better billing system. Love the ability setup the system exactly how I want it. Extremely flexible and effective.
What do you like best? From a small business perspective, Jive is the best out there. Makes our small company feel BIG! What do you dislike? Seamless Experience for Desktop and Smart Phone
What do you like best? I love the availability of the phone services both on the soft phone feature as well as the desktop. There are many ways to travel through the system no matter how your brain works and many detailed call flows and dial plans that you can create to make sure no call or communication is missed.
