What do you like best? We are very pleased with the quality of service given by Jive / Logmein. Their service agents are very knowledgeable and very friendly to work with when you have an issue or question. What do you dislike? Jive is a great option for small business phone systems

What do you like best? I like the ability to set it up the way I want to. The faxing feature is easy to use as well. What do you dislike? The application for mobile device does not work well. What do you like best? I love the availability of the phone services both on the soft phone feature as well as the desktop. There are many ways to travel through the system no matter how your brain works and many detailed call flows and dial plans that you can create to make sure no call or communication is missed.
