Jive made easy
What do you like best? Jive has allowed me to connect to our CRM and log each and every call, the auto call recording feature that backs up to AWS S3, is great. We are able to keep the calls for quality assurance and if need be, we can recover the conversation to listen to. Anywhere in the world - and you may as well be in the same office!
What do you like best? Jive phone have been been great for connecting colleagues in different locations. With intercom and the ability to dial via the phone, PC or app - it's easy to stay connected no matter where the "office" is. What do you dislike? I'm finally using technology that is making my life easier!
What do you like best? We had been on VOIP for a while with another carrier, but I feel as though friends and others in the industry always had the bigger and better thing. Jive Comm - Review
What do you like best? The customer/tech support Jive provides is outstanding. I have called support on a few occasions and every tech rep resolved the issue. They also follow up if the case is still open. This type of service is hard to find these days. What do you dislike? I can't think of a situation were Jive has failed. Team I worked with to upgrade phone system was excellent.
What do you like best? Jive sales and technical support team members are very knowledgeable and very courteous to work with no matter why I'm calling. What do you dislike?
