Look no further for an amazing CRM
What do you like best? I like the automation, user friendly interface, and the all bonus features included at no additional cost. I was paying the same amount before, for much less features. Highly recommend
What do you like best? Ixact contact is a user friendly, easy to learn, efficient system. I am so happy with it and want to tell everyone about how great it is. What do you dislike? Logical and Easy to Use
What do you like best? It's innovative and keeps growing with content. I like that it's user friendly and doesn't require watching endless video's to understand. What do you dislike? That it can't upload or store my gmail emails for each contact. I'm jumping back and forth between screens to gather needed info. Powerful features, easy to use
What do you like best? Monthly e-newsletters, all the email campaign templates, VERY detailed info for each contact What do you dislike? doesn't work so well with other languages. i.e. If i save a contact on my phone in Chinese, then it shows up in IXACT as question marks What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps my database organized. Keeps reminding me of which clients I need to work on

What do you like best? The automation of emails- and ability to quickly schedule a series of events What do you dislike? That I do not get notified when someone unsubs from email campaign That I can not choose different signatures for mailers vs emails There is limited customization available for newsletters What business problems are you solving with the product? As a New Real Estate Agent the support has been excellent.
What do you like best? Entering in new clients and setting up tasks very easy to do. I love the reminders sent out to by e-mail. What do you dislike? More color on the Dashboard would be nice, as I am a very visual person. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I tested numerous CRM's an found IXACT the most user friendly.

What do you like best? Working with IXACT is a five star experience. They will help you as much as you like to get you set up and running. What do you like best? The monthly e-newsletters that can be generated out automatically What do you dislike? I an new to real estate. When entering in my contacts, the contact tab was covering the edit portion. So for months I could not add in everyone's emails. I now know but the edit button should not be covered by a pull out tab. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Follow up is great!

Wish I had it years ago!
What do you like best? It is easy to set up and use. Sent my contacts via email and they were all uploaded for me. So fast. IXACT is getting me organized and more efficient. There are so many features for the price. Excited to really be organized and have a product like this. I also set up a website with IXACT. It was easy and looks very professional.
