What do you like best? So easy to use, keep up with my clients. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike. It has everything I want. What do you like best? IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM is awesome for providing your clients and prospects with constant real estate communication and articles on an ongoing basis. What do you like best? The best thing about IXACT Contact is that you have flexibility in how you want your CRM to work. You make the decisions on what features you want to utilize.. ixact is everything I need to achieve success in my business

What do you like best? It's hard to pick just one feature, but the ability to set the goals and have the program track progress is fantastic, and probably the thing that I can benefit my business the most. Second to that, the task reminders that automatically pop up for each client is a great asset. It keeps me on track for each and every one. Excellent product

What do you like best? I reviewed several CRM products prior to going with Ixact. The feature I like the best is the monthly newsletter, it has my picture and contact with an introductory email, prior to the newsletter content. Honestly, I'm not sure how many people read the newsletter all the way through, so having my contact at the top and not at the bottom, I feel is a huge benefit. What do you like best? Automated emails, follow ups, and holiday cards makes it the most attractive. What do you dislike? Emails could be pulled to group into one place. What do you like best? Keeping in touch with clients through newsletters and other mass email options. I also love the website options and the very reasonable cost. What do you dislike? There might be too much general information that makes it a bit hard to keep track of the deals and current clients.
