I love using Ixact for my business crm

What do you like best? I like that I can keep all of my past clients, prospects, and social media connections all in one place. I like using the monthly newsletter and like that I can edit the articles or substitute articles of my own. What do you dislike? I will honestly say that I liked the older version better. All in One!

What do you like best? Ease of use, nice to have my clients’ info right there to see. It remembers dates so I don’t have to! What do you dislike? Maybe it’s there but I haven’t found it yet, but it would be nice to be able to customize colour of the background. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping in contact with my clients via newsletter (I’d had great feedback from it, and keeping moving anniversary dates!

Short, sweet and to the point while using the system.

What do you like best? I love the feature of birthdays and move in dates, good reason to call them that day. What do you dislike? I would like to see the auto email feature a little easier to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contacting more clients, plain and simple. Benefits are reminding to do the little things during and after the transaction.

Very easy to understand and utilize

What do you like best? I love the fact that I can send my newsletter every month and keep up with my contacts. I can update my data base and add birthdays and even send birthday cards from the CRM.It makes me understand more my business and helps me to keep organized and proactive. I love having my clients information available at all times

What do you like best? I like the data base the best. I haven't had time to look into anything else that it does, but keeping track of my clients is worth the money spent. What do you dislike? I find it a bit overwhelming. There is a lot to it. I didn't find keeping track of my listings as easy as I would like it. What do you like best? I love the all in one approach. The website contact helps to elevate your presence as a professional. CRM does the job of helping to nurture your contacts. Great Tool

What do you like best? I love the ability to have a monthly newsletter emailed to my database. The ease of use to create your own email is great. Tech support is op shelf. What do you dislike? The downside is that you cannot use photos taken by a cell phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Love that it sends automatic emails and I can customize so much. Super easy to use! What do you dislike?
