What do you like best? Where it sync's directly from my email.. What do you dislike? If i want to make changes to a group of people, you have to do it individually, does not allow you to make changes to a group What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been with IXACT for 5+ years, when I have asked for a change, they have worked to find a way to do it.

Love Using IXACT!

What do you like best? The auto newsletter sent out each month. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes in using IXACT. Everything means my satisfaction or exceeds it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you don't want to spend a lot of time monitoring your contacts, this is the program for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to go in each time to send a birthday wish. Saves me a lot of time.

I'm way better organized now.

What do you like best? I love to have a monthly newsletter that can be customized to meet your clients needs. I love the campaigns that i get with this CRM and that creating new ones is relatively easy. And I love to have a free website. The concierge service is very helpful. What do you dislike? Straightforward Solution

What do you like best? Ixact was easy to set up and use right away. The account rep walked me through the features, but I was able to get started very quickly using the standard format, and customized it for my needs with no trouble. What do you dislike? The goal tracking doesn't take into account any customized functions, so it's not as useful. I would also like more integrations with other solutions we use. Best CRM I've used

What do you like best? Activity Plans with email templates and Keep in Touch Coach. What do you dislike? Really haven't found anything I dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping in touch with clients, using action plans, using letter and email templates for correspondence with prospects and clients.

Best CRM that I have tried

What do you like best? Once you enter the customer/client in the database it is automatically sent a professional letter about real estate tips every month What do you dislike? I haven't found any down side I can always go back in and put their birthdays and home purchase dates in What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping in contact with past and present clients/customers.

User Friendly and it works!

What do you like best? I love the Dashboard and how everything is easy to follow. You can set goals and track your way to the top! What do you like best? I like the ease of use and how accessible the software is. Great support. There are many layers of functionality I have not yet explored. I would like to do more with it.
