What do you like best? Automated emails on a monthly basis that keep you top of mind What do you dislike? Very clunky, hard to manage, doesn't integrate with gmail well, interface is very dated. too difficult and now user friendly

IXACT is not for me
What do you like best? It is not sampled as look like. There is no proper training. I am using I think using is not a proper word I am paying from a long time now so far no, nor any benefits. Have used IXACT.com for about 3 years
What do you like best? . Not much. The customer service people are very nice and patient. They will stay on the phone a long time with you. However, I do not want to be on the phone all the time with tech help. I want the data base to work, Yikes, will I really have to go back to Top Producer that has so many more functions for agents.
