I would recommend IXACT Contact if you are serious about your client managment.
What do you like best? I think that the monthly newsletters are great. You can personalize them, add your own articles, change the order of the articles, and select who receives the newsletter. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike overall. The only experience that I remember not liking, is that I had left a message for someone to call me back, and it took too long (in my opinion) to finally get an answer to my question. Great Newsletter for Automatic Email Blast
What do you like best? The Newlsetter is great. It has well-crafted articles. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that I do not rely on Ixact Contact, but instead, on my Google contact Data Base. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Problem that I solve is keeping in touch with my database. The benefit is more listings!

Amazing, simply amazing!
What do you like best? I've used a few CRMs and I have to say this one is so simple to use, helps me stay on track and adds tremendous value to my business. What do you dislike? I wish a few things were more customizable and I wish they had all holiday greeting templates, currently they only have the major holidays. A Complete CRM for Tracking Real Estate Clients
What do you like best? I like how I can set up drip email campaigns and also receive reminders on tasks that need to get done. I can also edit the content of the emails. In addition, the newsletter is awesome - full of relevant content. I can also edit the newsletter, adding my own articles if I choose to do so. What do you like best? The dashboard is easy to use and navigate. It is also fast as compared to other CRMs in the market. The Drip emails are also well and professionally written which goes to clients depending upon the activity plan set. It also has a reporting & Setting Goals functionality for yourself. Simple, Robust CRM Platform
What do you like best? IXACT is easy to use, it has lots of options for many different points of contact with my data base. It has something for buyers, sellers, past sales and an easy transaction feature. The after sale nuturing component has been instrumental in keeping me at the tops of clients minds when it comes time to sell. What do you dislike? Great CRM!
What do you like best? IXACT Contact is an amazing CRM. It's very user-friendly and has tons of great features. A monthly e-newsletter helps me stay top of mind with past clients and prospects alike, while the specific content targeted to a given client type allows me to nurture those leads beautifully. Ease of use, great customer service!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate the site and all of the options available to me in regards to automated emails and newsletters. What do you dislike? Nothing! I can't think of anything I do not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't had any problems with IXACT, but any time i've needed help understanding how to use something i've received excellent customer service.
