What do you like best? I liked the added features like the workflows and newsletter but found the interface and mobile app to be outdated and not convenient to navigate. What do you dislike? Great database / CRM
What do you like best? Without Exact I do not think I could keep all of my transactions in order. Any agent that has multiple transaction running at the same time could miss an important contingency date which could be very damaging. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about Ixact. What do you like best? the connection of website and CRMand ease of both What do you dislike? the learning curve and managing contacts to easily identify current ones. What do you like best? Automation of social media posts provide fresh content to my clients and prospective clients. What do you dislike? Clients complain that they are not receiving emails that I am sending through the mass email function. Also, they have replied to emails and I don't receive them. Nice way to store contacts
What do you like best? The reminders are a nice feature to keep in touch with potential clients. You can add a lot of information on your contacts and set up emails to keep in touch. What do you dislike? I have been using Ixact for a couple years now & I'm not love but it works to store contacts.
