Multi faceted CMS
What do you like best? Auto bday, ahto move in..... Customer service Built in drip programs that are easy to modify. What do you dislike? Haven’t found anything yet. Hard to dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Maintaining relationships.

Easy to set up and use.
What do you like best? Great tutorials and easy to use - it is very similar to Agent Office which I used in the past. It took less then a week to implement and technical support was amazing - patient, knowledgeable and very customer focused. What do you dislike? Newsletters could be more feature rich to look more attractive. It should have more colours also perhaps a library showing some real estate images. What do you like best? Ixact can house a wealth of information from anniversaries to storing all of your chat history. What do you dislike? Can be redundant in the questions/info it keeps What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helping us have one central location to work from with our data base & is helping me realize how important it is to have a systematic approach to staying in touch.

Good easy to use CRM
What do you like best? I have used Ixact contact for 8+ years. I think it’s easy to CRM. Most independent ppl don’t use it consistently and therefore not product would help them. If you use this CRM and that’s why an easy to use product is important, you will always be consistent and reap the rewards of drip campaigns, contacts at your fingertips and follow up systems. iXACT in the right direction, but still far from perfection.
What do you like best? Most of their system and its ability to be run on Mac OS as well as Windows. What do you dislike? When I am working with a couple, I have to create two separate profiles for the husband and wife in order to see their names on my phone caller ID. This problem has been fixed in Brian Buffini's Referral Maker. The second annoying thing is that the software keeps logging me out after about 20 minutes or so in MacOS. Great CRM and super user friendly
What do you like best? I like the newsletter setups, the task lists, which can be applied and the fact, that I have a great, birds eye view on my business. What do you dislike? The website component and the lead generation aspect, which in my opinion is a bit lacking. I understand, that it is a CRM first and foremost, but maybe a partnership with an existing lead gen provider would be an option. Great CRM
What do you like best? I like the quick functionality of having the contact list on the right that can be filtered down by just typing in a few letters. That makes it easy to use. I also like the newsletter. What do you dislike? I do not like the app - it is not very user friendly. iXact contact great for CRM management.
What do you like best? Love the drip campaigns. Good automated content to stay top of mind with clients and future clients. What do you dislike? Some of the fields are more for our neighbors to the north; not used as much in the US. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good choice. What problems are you solving with the product?
