Our experience has been pleasant and easy to work this system.
What do you like best? The monthly newsletters to remind past clients we are still here to help them with their real estate needs. We can use the templates for buyers or sellers of good useful information to translate into a sale. What do you dislike? Our only complaint is the letters are not written as a team. Great price and multifaceted
What do you like best? It has all the capabilities of the more expensive crm s and does the same stuff. The best feature is the automatic newsletter. It’s a easy way to stay in front of your clients or prospects. What do you dislike? It’s a little difficult to figure out at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with reminders so I can stay on top of my business.

User friendly, lots of templates and things to keep me organized!

Versatile and easy to navigate CRM tool
What do you like best? Very versatile CRM tool with a lot of features and good customer support What do you dislike? IXACT makes the CRM Process Easy
What do you like best? IXACT keeps you in constant contact with your clients. It has pre-established plans for a variety of different customers so you never forget to reach out and stay in touch. What do you dislike? The process can be cumbersome trying to add in different deals with buyers. My Favourite User-Friendly Real Estate CRM
What do you like best? Easy to set up, pleasing visuals. I've tried every CRM available for the real estate industry and this is my favourite. I love that I can set up my new clients easily, view past transactions, link properties to the contacts and more. It keeps me organized What do you dislike? Automation helps!
What do you like best? I love the automated emails for newsletters or specific campaigns. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface can be confusing. Wouldn't trade it for any other CRM
What do you like best? I am a new agent and this was the most cost effective when I started. (first 6 months were free-What I have found during my trial was how detailed and robust the feature set is. The social media content and web site alone are worth the price. Easy to use CRM with great Email and Drip campaign tools
What do you like best? The interface is so much more user-friendly than others I've tried. I also really like the mass email tools and the ability to easily create and track completely custom emails and drip campaigns. What do you dislike? Very helpful tool to stay in touch with my clients!
What do you like best? The automatic reminder for birthdays, anniversaries, move-in/closing dates is so convenient! I will always remember to send greetings or use the opportunity to connect and check in with past clients on how they're doing. What do you dislike? The mobile app isn't as user friendly.
