User-friendly and professional
What do you like best? I love the beautiful articles via Advisor Stream. I use the articles to add to Facebook, Twitter and LinkeIn pages. LOVE IXACT Contact Management!
What do you like best? The monthly newsletter, which allows me to keep in touch with my clients. What do you dislike? I would like to see integration with Facebook. What do you like best? I love the automated newsletters, the drip campaigns, and the reminders. Highly recommend. What do you dislike? Would like the reminders to transfer to my google calendar automatically What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The support team is so responsive. The help comes almost immediately. What do you dislike? The tutorials are somewhat dry and boring. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like having ready-made templates for the activities necessary to take each prospect through the sales pipeline and beyond

Great Tool
What do you like best? I love the customizable newsletters and emails that can go out to by database. What do you dislike? It is hard to track sales. The help section defaults to videos instead of step by step instructions to solve issues What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am loving the monthly newsletters and holiday greetings. As a new realtor, I am getting positive responses.

What do you like best? Ixact is great because of the website options it has! The CRM is great along with the quick tasks and keeping track of clients What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its extremily versitle. Base line everything is great, but I love how simple it is to customize. What do you dislike? It really needs better reporting on notes. Additionally I'd like to be able to filter contacts more. For contact groups as an example, I'd like to be able to include ____ AND exclude ____ at the same time...
