What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It is easy to use and navigate. It helps me to monitor my call handling time, hold and wrapping time. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? Sometimes the buttons are not showing, but after a minute, it will be fixed already What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? It benefits me to have easy access for placing the call on hold/unhold also to wrap the call on the designated section.

What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that customer has with their credit information is that whenever they contact us, we use ipSCAPe, and by communicating with them, we help them in resolving their questions also it benefits me as I help them and I have a job.

What i dislike is there is no video camera on it. What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? If there is a technical problem we can change our post to technical problem so that we don't receive any calls from our customer when we encountered an error.
