What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It is easy to use and navigate. It helps me to monitor my call handling time, hold and wrapping time. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? Sometimes the buttons are not showing, but after a minute, it will be fixed already What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? It benefits me to have easy access for placing the call on hold/unhold also to wrap the call on the designated section.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It's straightforward to navigate and very useful to a consumer and business. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? Sometimes it has delay but still manageable. What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that customer has with their credit information is that whenever they contact us, we use ipSCAPe, and by communicating with them, we help them in resolving their questions also it benefits me as I help them and I have a job.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? This is #1 tool that we used for taking calls for our customer and it's easy to navigate! What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? What i dislike is there is no video camera on it. What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? If there is a technical problem we can change our post to technical problem so that we don't receive any calls from our customer when we encountered an error.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? I get to monitor my real time activity and pause reason to always be aligned with the schedule. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? I have yet to find if there is any downside but so far it has been really reliable What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It is very helpful since we can able to see the queue and the time on how long we are speaking with the customer What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? It is quite least helpful because of some error being encounter and the latency we have experience What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? Nor,ally it helps the business solving the problem by monitoring the number of agents who are on queue and how long with be our talktime
