What do you like best about involve.ai? I check Involve every day now. It helps me keep track of my top accounts while managing my team performance. It has significantly changed the way we operate. "Analyze customer health, churn and retention"

What do you like best about involve.ai? Their retro analysis is the best report I have seen. It's so insightful and packed with actionable steps. Learning about churn and upsell profiles completely blew my mind. It might be different in your case, but here's what I learned: - My active customers spend more time on calls and submit more support tickets than churned ones. "Data science as a service"

What do you like best about involve.ai? Involve.ai's features are fantastic. My top 3 favorites are the Customer Health Dashboard, Insights, and Reports. Health Dashboard allows my team to plan out their daily tasks. Then, they'd go into Insights to see the specific recommendation for each account. What do you like best about involve.ai? Involved.ai helped us reduce our churn rate fast and easy. The best way was the proprietary algorithm used by the platform that really made a difference. What do you dislike about involve.ai? Needs minor customizations for accelerators. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Involve AI to reduce our churn rate through data science and AI and increase our revenue results. We were able to decrease churn by 10%.

What do you like best about involve.ai? involve.ai is one of our best investments of 2021. I am a huge fan of their analytics and insights. Involve gives my team detailed breakdowns of each customer. As soon as we log in, we see everything from the general info like customer health down to the roots like who we should contact to prevent churn.
