What do you like best about involve.ai? I am a fan of involve.ai insights. We have had a few CS solutions before, but involve.ai is next level. What do you like best about involve.ai? I love how practical the tool is. I quickly understand what to do and where to focus my time. As a CSM, I go on involve.ai daily to see the health of my customer accounts and strategize my effort for the day. What do you dislike about involve.ai? What do you like best about involve.ai? I like the account's actionable insights the most. On the dashboard, I could filter out at-risk as well as upsell accounts to share with the team. "Helps for retaining customers - YES!"

What do you like best about involve.ai? Actionable insights to help us prevent client churn and increase our customer retention and happiness. We have seen a definite increase in NPS. What do you dislike about involve.ai? They don't have modularization on pricing yet. It was ok since we paid per seat. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Our problem was churn. We had a leaky bucket problem, and involve.ai helped us dramatically improve that.

What do you like best about involve.ai? Workspaces feature is awesome. We live inside it day in and day out. This way we can keep our entire customer teams on the same page. What do you dislike about involve.ai? Automation suite is getting much better. What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
