Intervals is an economical choice for project management software.
What do you like best? Our software developers can write plugins to improve Intervals' integration with various other tools. And Intervals appears committed to improving the platform (e.g., the Google Doc integration and drag/drop for document uploads. What do you dislike? Intervals - I wish it was more visual
What do you like best? I think it helps our management team be on top of projects. What do you dislike? I'm at the bottom of the totem pole. I get assigned tasks. It took me a while to figure out how to turn off getting emails because I was both the owner AND the assignee of a task, so my only interface with Intervals was dealing with all the emails I'd get until I could close out a task. Like the timers, not the time input interface
What do you like best? My absolute favorite is the ability to create timers to track my work. Even if they are for specific tasks or generic ones. I just find them super useful. What do you dislike? My team does not use Intervals as the main project management tool, we use it more as a management reporting and accounting tool. As such, I find it very lengthy to add a new timer description. Intervals review
What do you like best? There isn't much for me to describe as "liking best" about Intervals. I do like being able to create multiple tasks at once and add multiple time entries. Also like being able to upload a document while adding a comment without having to first save the comment. What do you dislike? Works, Not Quite Efficient
What do you like best? It does what it should. No more, no less. It is good enough if you need something quick. Good prioritization tool. What do you dislike? The design is not intuitive and it can get quite confusing, which lead to inefficient performance from account executives. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Manage client projects and comunicate changes done to said projects with other departments involved.

Limited Functionality for Users
What do you like best? Intervals gave us the ability to track our time spent on tasks easily What do you dislike? Improve User Interface and Quickbooks Integration!
What do you like best? Lots of detail available if you take the time to set up correctly. Easy for contractors/ employees to use. What do you dislike?
