Overall happy with the tool and we will continue to use it

What do you like best? I love the way you can create a task, assign, and then drag and drop to change dates it is due. I like the way you can set up Clients then projects. The reporting is great. I like how you can set rates. What do you dislike? Would really be great if there was a mobile app. Especially for updating time...it just isn't that user friendly. The tool itself just feels and looks a bit dated...like I am using an old tool. Not something new and modern and for that ...

Under Utilized by Student-Run Agency

What do you like best? I liked how simple it was to add new projects and keep them organized. The program was generally pretty intuitive, and with such a high turnover rate in the staff, it made it easy for new people to jump on board without much background. What do you dislike? I think that this may have been an internal error, but I feel we underutilized the billing feature of Intervals, only focusing on the hour-logging and reporting aspects. Intervals Review

What do you like best? It covers the needs of my company. From company info to hours logged and multiple users on an account. I like that we can assign tasks to others. What do you dislike? It looks like something done in the 90's. It needs to be more user friendly, more modern with a focus on UX. Recommendations to others considering the product It gets the job done and meets expectations. It covers every need and then some. It just lacks a bit in design and user experience. ...
