Great for Project Management

What do you like best? Easy to assign tasks to multiple assets within the agency. The upload system makes it easy to upload documents for review, as well as reviewing multiple rounds. Working with a creative team, the calendar view assists the team in making sure we are not overloading our team with requests. Tracking your time is as simple as a single button click. Reports are easy to pull, including a nifty "Mr. Pie Chart" that helps view a time breakdown for a plethora of factors. ...

Intervals Project Review

What do you like best? Lots of flexibility, and many functions can be used. What do you dislike? It is definitely not intuitive, many times you must try several items to get what you want. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier access to project information.

Good with some issues

What do you like best? Great at opening projects and tasks. Solid time tracking. What do you dislike? When you close a project, it will keep tasks open associated with it. Wish when you closed higher level stuff, it automatically closed lower level. Edit time on a project from any place you can see time would be awesome. Recommendations to others considering the product Mr. pie chart is the best quick view of time. Project summary has been best for budget managment for us. What ...

Not for everybody

What do you like best? This program is easy to use and the learning curve is relatively mild. What do you dislike? As with many others, the inability to easily create recurring tasks is a nuisance. You have to create a project template and copy it afresh every month. Some enterprises that like to track time but do recurring work on a retainer need this kind of feature. Also tasks are costed according to a cost per task. Whereas this is ok for small projects, it lacks sophistication. ...

Do what it does

What do you like best? As only a user I love and mostly use time submission, I love the option where you can copy time from previous entries, and I love where is my time going functionality which crunches all the time entries for desired time span, split by projects . What do you dislike? Sometimes it can get confusing, i saw how assigning to projects looks and a lot of times I have no idea where are simplest functions, like add remove people from the project or the task. ...

It does the job well

What do you like best? Ability to assign tasks and priorities to key staff. What do you dislike? I dislike that Intervals does not provide a function to assign a project to multiple clients. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves internal prioritisation of key development tasks across a wide range of needs, from custom enhancements to bug fixing.

Stable Product / Needs UX/UI attention

What do you like best? I have been using intervals everyday for 5.5 years. It has a solid feature set and I've never once seen a bug. What do you dislike? The product needs UI/UX attention. It has a lot of good features, but ease of use could be dramatically increased. It has good, but dated UI which is probably not a big deal to the existing user base, but improving this would probably boost intervals product sales. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Interavals review

What do you like best? The project tracking and task updates. Overall pretty good. Able to look at the teams projects and see where they are at for the month What do you dislike? Having to forward projects to the next month one by one. There's got to be a better way, especially as we grow our business. Being able to mass transfer projects to the next month would be great. Starting to look a bit outdated especially with the influx of newer options for client management. Recommendations ...
