What do you like best about Intercom? Easy to understand UI. The fact that you can leave notes for your colleagues to see is most helpful. Having to balance Email and Chat at the same time is also great.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom allows real-time chats with our customers and enables them to access content to help them navigate our software. With the new tooltips and banner features, we expect to see a decrease in questions from our customers, since these easily created, no programming required, features are amazing.
