Your application app works well. It is easy to edit the application and still remain compliant. The only issue we are having is to add-on additional users. We have requested assistance from HRdirect with little guidance.

Great, simple, easy to use program. Never had any luck with setting up other managers to enter time off for their departments however so I'm doing it all myself. Will certainly renew for another year! Found out it works better in Chrome. In internet Explorer you have to get out of the entire program and go back in to it after you download a calendar. I realize this is a very reasonably priced program, but if there was a way to print all of the calendars at one time that would be an added ...

The app tends to be very slow and doesn't always work the way it is supposed to.

The app is great until there is a…

The app is great until there is a technical issue. Then its very hard to get help and have someone actually resolve the problem. The tech support will respond they are working on your issue but then you have to constantly email them to see if issue has been resolved. At this point, I haven't had my issue resolved nor has anyone responded to my last email. That's what is frustrating. I was generous in giving a 3 star review.

It can sometimes be glichy and applicants have trouble filling out the application. I would be nice if you could have multiple states at one time with a link for each state.

The Attendance App

I use the attendance app and it's a great app it just has some kinks that need to be worked out. Some of our managers share guys out in the field but you can only assign the guys to one manager in the app. If the employees could be assigned to more than one manager than all the managers could comment or record notes on the employees working with them.

Love the attendance app just wish there was a way to update all active employee records at once, for example if we send every employee home due to power outage.

Product review

HRdirect Smart Apps are a satisfactory product. However, we are not able to get the reports that we need.

Great value but needs some more updates

The time off request app works well, but the attendance calendar is not very user friendly and many things are locked for administrators. Also having to create multiple entries just to get the PTO to work correctly is not good.
