What do you like best about Hired? The conversion ratio of candidates to offers is higher than other tools that I use. The quality of candidates is much better than tools like Linkedin Recruiter. What do you like best about Hired? I like the quick & high response rates on Hired. I also like the visibility that Hired gives you by telling you how many other companies and also what companies candidates are interviewing with. What do you dislike about Hired? I dislike that there are limited candidates available for other areas such as Product Design and Machine Learning. I would like to see more new candidates added to these areas. What do you like best about Hired? Great candidates are suggested without a daily search which saves time and create a whole other top of funnel pipeline. What do you dislike about Hired? The messaging platform and interface are a little unorganized in my opinion. I would rather just have a chat log like LinkedIn type of interface. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? We have filled a few headcount by using Hired.

What do you like best about Hired? The sheer number of candidates you have for so many different roles and regions. What do you dislike about Hired? Not much. This is a great platform. I do wish there were more people from Eastern Europe. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Filling our pipeline, finding diverse candidates, easy to schedule calls and great Customer Success and Account Management people who provide us with good candidate intel.

What do you like best about Hired? A huge upside to Hired is the ability to filter so specifically to really target candidates that fit your reqs. My other favorite aspect of the platform is the transparency of candidate information. It's awesome to see candidates' target compensation, skill assessment results, and know that they're actively looking for a new role and you have a better chance to receive a response.
