Hired constantly adds candidates to the database while their CSMs and Accoubt Managers meet with POCs from companies to stay calibrated in order to optimize every aspect of the hiring process. What do you dislike about Hired? It isn't a good use of time when candidates accept interview requests and then go dark. What do you like best about Hired? The conversion ratio of candidates to offers is higher than other tools that I use. The quality of candidates is much better than tools like Linkedin Recruiter. I also appreciate the fact that there are dedicated account managers to follow-up with candidates who are unresponsive. What do you dislike about Hired? "Good platform, abit of duplication between it and ATS; need to be quick!"

What do you like best about Hired? The ability for candidates to mark their preferences, tech skills, salary expectations and upload a full CV/resume. This allows you a full picture of the candidate prior to reaching out. What do you dislike about Hired? It feels like having to do duplicate admin work due to having to update it and the ATS. Also that a HM seat isn't able to message, this takes up alot of time when working with multiple HMs who have a job/seat. What problems is Hired solving ...

What do you like best about Hired? The best thing regarding Hired it's easy integration with the ATS. It is very handy, especially keeping in mind that on Hired you can find big talent pool ready to be reached. What do you dislike about Hired? I think that search engine sometimes can not understand precisely my searches. Sometimes it is hard to look up for example only for back-end engineers. What do you like best about Hired? A huge upside to Hired is the ability to filter so specifically to really target candidates that fit your reqs. My other favorite aspect of the platform is the transparency of candidate information. It's awesome to see candidates' target compensation, skill assessment results, and know that they're actively looking for a new role and you have a better chance to receive a response.
