What do you like best about Hired? I do like the talent pool that hired provides... we have been able to make several hires through their channels this year. The UI and Salary expectations help with filtering and finding the right fit and people that are ready to move into a new role. What do you dislike about Hired? Worked for me
I put my resume in and within the same day I received a request to interview. Then I went through the rest of the interviews and got an offer. Within the span of a week that I was active on Hired I received two interview requests (two different companies). edit: I want to add I'm self-taught so I imagine if you have a degree you'd have more opportunity than me.

Starting up again
It's been a while since I used Hired and now that I have more experience I'm glad Hired reached out. I love the UI and the comparisons help out a lot. I've received a couple interviews already and the communication with employers works out well.

Initial Hired Experience
My initial experience has been very positive overall. Hired made it easy to import my resume, gave tips on rounding out my profile, and made it easy to submit everything for review. I was able to get interview requests fairly quickly and the scheduling process has been simple and intuitive so far.
