The information isn't always accurate in terms of the technology a company is using today. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Where is there potential opportunity to sell additional software.

Good tool for up to date technographics

What do you like best? I think this is one of the better tools for understanding up to date technographics for companies What do you dislike? Because of its ability to be more up to date, it can be hard to tell what is actually true or not when cross-referencing with other tools that let you view technology on companies sites. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use this exclusively for viewing tech tags on company's sites

Good integration

What do you like best? I've seen other technologies that do the same thing that HG data does, but I prefer HG data for the salesforce integration it has. What do you dislike? Decent Plug-In/Data, Works Sometimes

The business model is changing and it will only be available as a part of Salesforce (otherwise too expensive).
