What do you like best? it's very thorough when I need to figure out what software products a prospective company is already using, and it also gives you how long they've been using each solution, which is also very useful. What do you dislike? the free trial not letting me see every category of products. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fantastic Tool for Competitive Insight
