"Helpwise helps our small team be wise!"

What do you like best about Helpwise? First, Helpwise is easy to use. I have a small team of 3 that utilizes Helpwise to provide support to our small business clients. Previously we used a Gmail account that we all had the login to but that became cumbersome with who was responding and who emails were coming from.
